4. Payment and Pricing

  • All services are billed according to the rates agreed upon in the proposal or contract. Payments are due as outlined in the payment terms of the agreement.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices for additional services or scope changes. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you will own the final designs, content, and intellectual property developed for your project.

  • Web Designs by Constance retains the right to showcase the final product on our website and marketing materials unless otherwise specified in the contract.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal and business information. We will not disclose any confidential information without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Project Timeline

  • We will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of the project. While we make every effort to adhere to deadlines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

  • You agree to provide necessary feedback and information promptly to avoid delays in the project timeline.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Web Designs by Constance will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill their obligations.

  • Upon termination, all unpaid balances are immediately due, and we reserve the right to withhold deliverables until payment is received in full.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
